*THIS KIT IS NOT DIY. We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend that this be installed by a qualified mechanic with experience doing this type of work. Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, improper break in, improper tuning, or misuse. For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in questions must first be sent to us for inspection. We can not warranty anything based on phone calls or photos alone.
To receive a refund for any returned parts they must be sent back in a condition that allows us to resell them as brand new parts. Giving a full refund is optional to us, and while we have no problem at all accepting returns they must come back to us 100% complete meaning every single part big and small (this means everything like piston clips, seals, anything), the parts must be brand new in the original packaging. You paid a certain price to get a complete product and if we shipped you only part of it and/or some of the items were missing would that be okay? The same thing applies to returns. If you want a full refund for any part(s) you return they should be sent back complete and brand new.
