How can I place an order?

You can order from us online at www.bpratv.com, our eBay store www.ebay.com/bpratv, on Facebook, Instagram, Google Marketplace, or Walmart Marketplace.  You can order by phone by calling 909-782-8012, email info@bpratv.com, or visit our Upland, CA location Monday thru Friday, 7am to 4pm.  Saturday will call available by appointment only.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Bitcoin, personal or company check (once cleared), and cash money.  If you are paying with a credit card the order must ship to the billing address for the credit card, no exceptions.

How will my order ship?

We ship by USPS, Fedex, and UPS.  Standard ground shipping in the US is free.  We ship worldwide, usually via USPS, and the cost is based on your location and the dimensions of your order.  We can ship your order via a different courier or with a faster method than those mentioned above for an additional fee.  Contact us for pricing and options.  When your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email at the address you enter when you place your order.  Please check for this email prior to contacting us.  If you need to contact us email info@bpratv.com, and if necessary call us at 909-782-8012.

Do you accept returns?

IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT STORE CREDIT IN LEIU OF A REFUND YOU WILL GET 115% OF THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER!!  We accept returns for most products within the first 30 days of the date tracking information shows the order was received. You can return part of all of your order, but any part for which a refund is requested must be returned to us brand new, 100% complete, in the original packaging.  All returned parts are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee as well as our shipping costs.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, not BPRATV.

What is the BPRATV warranty policy?

Unless otherwise stated, we stand behind what we sell, and our warranty policy is among the best in the industry.  Most of the parts we sell are NOT DIY.  Ninety-nine percent of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine, and we always strongly recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic.  Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, lack or maintenance, or misuse.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must be sent to us for inspection, not exceptions.  We can not warranty anything based solely on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or what another mechanic says is the problem. TITANIUM LIFETIME WARRANTY: If a stud fails for any reason during use, not installation, we will replace the entire stud kit.  No other parts nor any labor are included, and this warranty can not be converted to a refund or discount of any kind.  CUB CYLINDER WARRANTY: If your Cub cylinder fails send it to us and we will either repair or replace it free of charge.
