Contact us for shipping instructions, but don't worry, the return shipping is on us! When we receive your motor one of our Yamaha certified techs will do a complete tear down and we will advise you as to what, if any, OEM parts need to be replaced. Once you have approved we will do the work and assemble the engine with the new parts listed above (excluding optional parts/service unless paid for). We will send the motor back to you insured, with break in instructions. Turn around time is 4-5 weeks, unless your motor requires additional OEM parts that are on back order from Yamaha. Payments: We accept all forms of traditional and online payment methods available – Cash, MC, AMEX, VISA, DISC, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, among others. Payment can be made online, in person, or over the phone.

Returns: WHEN MAKING A RETURN YOU CAN GET A 100% REFUND OR YOUR CAN GET 115% IF YOU CHOOSE STORE CREDIT! Contact us for information. Please check your order completely when you receive it and contact us if there is an issue. 99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order. We accept returns within the first 30 days. If you are returning an order because buyer “Changed Mind” it is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus a deduction for our cost shipping the order to you. You can send back all or part of your order as long as any parts for which you are requesting a refund are returned100% complete, brand new, never installed, & in the original packaging. Once items have been modified, installed, or used in any way they are not eligible for return.
*Warranty: If after installation there is an issue contact us for a warranty return. This product is NOT DIY. Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine, and it is the responsibility of the person installing and tuning the engine to make sure everything works correctly. We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic. This motor is covered under a warranty for the work we did and is not covered for any failure that is a result of incorrect installation in the frame, tuning, failure to use the correct fluids, lack of maintenance, or misuse. Any part(s) for which a warranty claim is made must be sent back to us for inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. We can not warranty anything based on photos, emails, phone calls, or what you read online, or what another mechanic says the problem is. We stand behind what we sell, but there is a process that must be followed for warranties.
