**Products we sell: At BPRATV we sell everything, from cheap parts for those on a strict budget to the best parts that money can buy.  Our kits come standard with CP-Carrillo, JE, Wiseco, Wossner Pistons, Hotrods or Wiseco crankshafts, Hotcams or Webcams, Cometic, Vertex, Athena, or Winderosa gaskets and seals, and we have many of our own parts we have manufactured specifically for us.  We always stock the exact same parts from different manufacturers so that when back orders occur like they have been for the last year we have an alternate part to send that is the same quality.  This would be the ONLY reason your order might be slightly different when it arrives.  We NEVER sub a cheaper part EVER without contacting you and offering you a partial refund.  All parts we sell have been tested and we have had huge success with them for the last 20 years.  If we ever have a part that does not function well it is immediately discontinued and we stand behind everything we sell 100% (unless otherwise stated in the listing). 

 Returns: Please check your order completely right when you receive it and let us know immediately if there is an issue.  That way we can fix it for your ASAP.  99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order.  We accept returns within the first 30 days for orders sent back 100% complete and all parts brand new, never installed or prepped for installation, in the original packaging, in a condition that can be resold as a new part.  Once items have been installed or used in any way they are not eligible for return.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure returned parts arrive to us without damage.  Any item damaged during shipment back to us will not be refunded.  For more info about returns see the eBay Return Policy. 

 *Warranty: We stand behind all parts we sell 100%.  If after installation there is an issue contact us for a warranty return.  This product is NOT DIY.  Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine.  It has to be done 100% correct, and many parts must be measured down to the .01”.  The correct knowledge and tools are required to do this.  We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic.  Warranty does not cover failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, or misuse.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent back to us for inspection.  We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, or another mechanic's assessment alone.  99% of failures from kits that have pistons is because the ring gap was not properly set.  It is the responsibility of the person assembling the parts to make sure this is done correctly.
