against any other companies’ in the industry. 

Also, we stock the same parts from different manufacturers so that when

back orders occur like they have been for the last year we have an alternate

part to send that is the same quality.  This would be the ONLY reason your

order might be slightly different when it arrives.  We NEVER sub a cheaper

part EVER without contacting you and offering you a partial refund.  If you want a certain brand part just ask (if

part is back ordered this may cause a delay on your order).

 Returns: Please

check your order completely when you receive it and contact us if there is an

issue.  99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the

entire order.  We accept returns within the first 30 days.  If you are returning an order because you

“Changed Your Mind” it is subject to a 10% retocking fee plus a deduction for

our cost shipping the order to you.  Orders

must be sent back 100% complete and all parts must be brand new, never

installed, in the original packaging to receive a refund for them.  Once

items have been modified, installed, or used in any way they are not eligible

for return.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure returned parts

What to know about studs: 

Myth: Titanium is more brittle than Chromoly, and therefore Chromoly is a better material to make studs from. While it may be true that in ONE aspect, the mechanical property of Ti is more brittle then Ch, a) that doesn’t mean Ti is a brittle material that breaks easily, b) there are several different factors that determine the quality of a material not just that one, and in ALL OTHER RESPECTS Ti tests better, c) both Ti and Ch are exponentially more than capable of handling with ease the stress and heat that any Powersports vehicle throws at them regardless of compression, horsepower, or how they are used. Our Grade 5 Titanium alloy has a higher tensile strength, it is harder, it can withstand almost twice the heat, it lasts longer before corroding, and it is half the weight of Chromoly.  So what’s the reason for everyone saying the opposite? Cost. Titanium typically costs way more than Chromoly and the profit margins when selling it are lower. Make no mistake this is a business, and the principles of supply and demand apply just like in any other aspect of business. and titanium costs twice as much as Chromoly, profit margins are lower and the consensus is that you can sell a hell of a lot more stud kits at a $200 price point than a $400 one. What’s more our Ti studs COST LESS THAN CHROMOLY.

Stud Warranty: If for any reason a stud fails

during use (NOT INSTALLATION) we will send you a complete new stud kit.  Warranty does not cover a stud breaking or

stripping during installation.  Warranty

applies to stud kit only.  No other parts

nor any labor will be covered.  Warranty can

not be converted to a refund or discount on any current or future order.
