Products we sell: At BPRATV we sell everything, from cheap parts for those on a strict budget to the best that money can buy.  Our kits come with the same brand parts as other rebuild kits you see online but we always include items no one else does.  Our kits come standard with CP-Carrillo, JE, Wiseco, Wossner, Pro-X, Hotrods, Hotcams, Webcams, Cometic, Vertex, and Athena parts as well as our own parts we have manufactured specifically for us.  We stock the exact same parts from different companies so that when back orders occur like they have been for the last year we have an alternate part to send that is the same quality.  This would be the ONLY reason your order might be slightly different when it arrives.  We NEVER sub a cheaper part EVER without contacting you and offering you a partial refund.  All parts we sell have been tested and we have had huge success with them.  If we ever have a part that does not function well it is immediately discontinued and we stand behind everything we sell 100%*. 

 Returns: Please check your order completely right when you receive it and let us know immediately if there is an issue, that way we can fix it for your ASAP.  99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order.  We accept returns within the first 30 days for orders sent back 100% complete and all parts brand new, never installed or prepped for installation, in the original packaging.  Once items have been installed or used in any way they are no longer eligible for return.  

 *Warranty: We stand behind all parts we sell 100%.  If after installation there is an issue contact us for a warranty return.  This product is NOT DIY.  We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic.  Warranty does not cover failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, or misuse.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent back to us for inspection.  We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, or another mechanic's assessment alone.
