For any item(s) to be refunded they must be returned to us 100% complete, every part big and small, brand new, never installed, and in the original packaging. Any parts not returned in this condition will not be refunded. Also, any order that is returned for the reason "Buyer changed their mind" is subject to a restocking fee, and all refunds for returns have our initial shipping cost deducted from them.
Warranty: This kit IS NOT DIY, and we strongly recommend it be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic. Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, lack of maintenance, or abuse. For any warranty to be considered the par(s) in question must be sent to us first for inspection, no exceptions. We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or what another mechanic says the problem is alone. We stand behind what we sell, but there is a very reasonable procedure that must be followed.
