Returns: Check your order completely when you receive it and contact us if there is an issue. 99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order. IF YOU ACCEPT IN HOUSE CREDIT INSTEAD OF A REFUND YOU WILL RECEIVE 110% BACK!! We accept returns within the first 30 days, for all or part of your order, as long as whatever you are returning arrives back to us 100% complete, brand new, never installed, in the original packaging. Once items have been opened from sealed packaging, modified, installed, or used in any way they are not eligible for return.
*Warranty: We stand behind all parts we sell 100%. If after installation there is an issue contact us for a warranty return. This product is NOT DIY. 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine. It is the responsibility of the engine builder to inspect every part and make sure they are installed, tuned, and working properly. We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend this be done by a qualified, experienced mechanic. STUD WARRANTY: If for any reason a stud fails during use, not installation, we will send an entire new stud kit. No other parts or any labor are included, and it can not be converted to a refund or discount on any order. For any warranty claim to be granted the part(s) in question must first be sent to use for inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or another mechanic's assessment alone.
