**Products we sell: At BPRATV we stock the same parts from different manufacturers so that when back orders occur we have an alternate part to send that is the same quality.  This would be the ONLY reason your order might be slightly different when it arrives.  

Returns: WHEN MAKING A RETURN YOU CAN GET A 100% REFUND OR YOUR CAN GET 115% IF YOU CHOOSE STORE CREDIT!  Contact us for information.  Contact us right away if there is an issue with the parts you received.  99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order.  We accept returns within the first 30 days.  Returns due to a changed mind, sold bike, vehicle needing more work than originally thought, or any examples similar to these are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus our shipping costs.  You can send back all or part of your order as long as any parts for which you are requesting a refund are returned 100% complete, brand new, never installed, & in the original packaging.  Once items have been modified, installed, or used in any way they are not eligible for return. 

 *Warranty: If after installation there is an issue contact us for a warranty return.  This product is NOT DIY.  Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine, and it is the responsibility of the person assembling and tuning the engine to make sure all the parts are correct and work properly.  We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic.  STUD WARRANTY: If for any reason a stud fails during use, not installation, we will send a completely new stud kit.  No other parts or any labor are included, and it cannot be converted to a refund or discount on any order.  Any part(s) for which a warranty claim is made must be sent back to us for inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS.  We cannot warranty anything based on photos, emails, phone calls, or what you read online alone, or what another mechanic says the problem is. Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, lack of maintenance, or misuse.

 *Warranty: We stand behind all parts we sell 100%.  If after installation there is an issue contact us for a warranty return.  This product is NOT DIY.  Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine.  It requires special tools and has to be done 100% correct.  Many parts must be measured down to .01”.  We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic.  Warranty does not cover failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, or misuse.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent back to us for inspection.  We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, or another mechanic's assessment alone.  It is the responsibility of the person assembling and tuning the parts to make sure they work correctly.  STUD WARRANTY: If for any reason a stud fails during use, not installation, we will send a new, complete stud kit.  No other parts or any labor are included, and it can not be converted to a refund or discount on any order.  Studs must be returned to us for inspection first.  ALPHA CUB WARRANTY: If your Alpha Cub cylinder fails for any reason not related to installation, tuning, break in, or misuse we will fix the cylinder free of charge.  If it can not be fixed we will supply you with a new one.  It must be sent to us for inspection, and Millennium Technologies will determine if the cylinder is repairable.  WE DO NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING BASED ON WHAT ANOTHER MECHANIC SAYS IS THE PROBLEM.
