RETURNS: We accept free returns for most products for 30 days from the date the order is received by the customer.  If you would like to return something we ask that you please contact us directly for an RMA.  After that 30 day period we do not accept any returns for any reason.  To receive a full refund for a return every part on the order, big and small, must be returned to us 100% complete, unopened, and brand new in the original packaging.  To receive a full refund we must be able to sell every part you return as brand new.  If any part is sent back incomplete or not brand new the cost of that part will be deducted from your refund.  Also we do not accept returns for parts that have been used regardless of how recent the order was.  For more questions about this statement see the eBay return policy.

*The parts we sell ARE NOT DIY.  We always strongly recommend that this be installed by a qualified mechanic with experience working on these types of engines.  Warranty does not include any failure that is a result of improper installation, improper tuning, improper break in, or misuse.  Piston comes with specific instructions for setting the ring gap.  If you do not follow these exactly your motor will fail.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent to us and possibly the manufacturer for inspection.  We cannot warranty parts based on photos or phone calls alone.   We stand behind every product we sell but with parts like we sell the person installing them takes a very large percentage of the responsibility for making sure they run right.  We give detailed instructions with all of our orders and failure to follow each one of those steps will void any warranty.  Also, PLEASE PLEASE make sure you set the ring gap on your piston.  If you do not do this your motor will fail.
