part to send that is the same quality. This would be the ONLY reason your
order might be slightly different when it arrives. We NEVER sub a cheaper
part EVER without contacting you and offering you a partial refund. If you want a certain brand part just ask (if
part is back ordered this may cause a delay on your order).
Returns: Please
check your order completely when you receive it and contact us if there is an
issue. 99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the
entire order. We accept returns within the first 30 days. If you are returning an order because buyer
“Changed Mind” it is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus a deduction for our
cost shipping the order to you. Orders
must be sent back 100% complete and all parts must be brand new, never
installed, in the original packaging to receive a refund for them. Once
items have been modified, installed, or used in any way they are not eligible
for return. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure returned parts

*Warranty: We
stand behind our work and all the work and labor in this listing comes with a 1 year limited warranty. If there is a failure that is not related to how the engine is installed in the bike or how it was tuned we will fix any problems that arise for one year. To be covered by warranty all parts in questions MUST BE SENT TO US FIRST FOR INSPECTION. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will have a third party inspect the engine and assess what happened. Keep in mind this product is NOT DIY. Over 99%
of people in the world are not qualified to install and tune and engine, and it is the
responsibility of the person assembling and tuning the engine to make sure
everything works correctly. It requires special tools and has to be
done 100% correct. We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend
parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic. Warranty does
not cover failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in,
or misuse. STUD WARRANTY:
If for any reason a stud fails during use, not installation, we will
send a completely new stud kit. No other
parts or any labor are included, and it can not be converted to a refund or
discount on any order. ALPHA CUB WARRANTY: If your
Alpha Cub cylinder fails for any reason not related to installation, tuning,
break in, or misuse we will fix the cylinder free of charge. If it can not be fixed we will supply you
with a new one. Extent of repair needed will be determined by Millennium Technologies.

CALLS, EMAILS, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, WHAT YOU READ ONLINE, OR WHAT ANOTHER MECHANIC
SAYS IS THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE A VERY GOOD
WARRANTY PROGRAM BUT FOR ANY WARRANTY TO BE CONSIDERED THE PART(S) IN QUESTION
MUST BE SENT BACK TO US TO INSPECT. NO
