Returns: We accept returns within 30 days. You can return all or part of your order, as long as any items for which a refund is requested are returned to us brand new, never used, in the original packaging. Once an item has been used (or prepped for use with lubricants, sealant, etc.) it is not eligible for return.

*If a Ti fastener purchased from us fails for any reason during use it will be replaced with a new one. No other parts or labor are included, nor can the warranty be converted to a refund or discount of any kind. Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, lack of maintenance, or misuse. For any fastener to be covered by warranty it must first be sent to us for inspection. We do not warranty parts based solely on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or what another seller or mechanic claims the issue is.
