Returns: Please check your order completely when you receive it and contact us if there is an issue. 99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order. We accept returns within the first 30 days. If you are returning an order because you “Changed Your Mind” it is subject to a 10% retocking fee plus a deduction for our cost shipping the order to you. Orders must be sent back 100% complete and all parts must be brand new, never installed, in the original packaging to receive a refund for them. Once items have been modified, installed, or used in any way they are not eligible for return. What to know about studs: Any quality engine stud must be made from a strong material, but the most important reason studs are better than factory bolts is because they utilize a stud/nut combo. Simple geometry and physics principals dictate that this combination will always allow for more torque and a tighter, stronger seal than a bolt by itself. Any stud that is made from the right steel material will do the job, and there are several options to choose from. Regardless of what you may have heard, the strongest and most suitable material for studs is Titanium. Testing proves without a doubt Ti is stronger than Chromoly, and of course it is much lighter than chromoly. The 4135 alloy steel we use is commonly used for transmission gears, connecting rods, in aircraft, and several other engine applications. Is it stronger than Chromoly? No. Is it more than strong and heat resistant enough to work perfectly in an ATV or side x side engine regardless of compression or horsepower? Absolutely. We are so sure of this we offer a lifetime replacement warranty on all of our studs. That’s something you’ll never get anywhere else.
Stud Warranty: If for any reason a stud fails during use (NOT INSTALLATION) we will send you a complete new stud kit. Warranty does not cover a stud breaking or stripping during installation. Warranty applies to stud kit only. No other parts nor any labor will be covered. Warranty can not be converted to a refund or discount on any current or future order.
