Payments:  We accept all forms of traditional and online payment methods available – Cash, MC, AMEX, VISA, DISC, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, among others.  Payment can be made online or over the phone.

**Products we sell: At BPRATV we sell parts from the best names in the industry.  We stock the same parts from different manufacturers so that when back orders occur we have an alternate part to send that is the same quality.  This would be the ONLY reason your order might be slightly different when it arrives.

Returns: Check your order when you receive it and contact us if there is an issue.  99% of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order.  We accept returns within the first 30 days for part or all of your order as long as the part(s) for which you want a refund are sent back 100% complete, brand new, never installed, & in the original packaging.  Returned orders can be refunded, exchanged, or used as credit towards another purchase.  IF YOU RETURN PARTS FOR IN STORE CREDIT YOU WILL GET 110% OF THE VALUE!!  Installed or used parts are not eligible for return.

*Warranty:  This product is NOT DIY.  Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine, and the party performing the work is responsible for ensuring the parts are correct and installed properly.  We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend this be done by a qualified, experienced mechanic. Warranty does not cover failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, lack of maintenance, or misuse.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must be sent to us for inspection, no exceptions.  We cannot warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or another mechanic's assessment alone.  We have a good warranty program, but there is a procedure that must be followed.

Maxlock Titanium studs: Our studs are made from Grade 5 Titanium alloy, better than pure Ti and the best quality material to make studs from.  But isn’t Chromoly the best?  Isn’t Titanium more brittle than Chromoly?  While Titanium IS in fact more brittle than Chromoly, there are several factors that determine the quality of a metal, and just because Ti is more brittle than Ch doesn’t mean Ti is “brittle” or breaks easily.  The truth is that both Titanium and Chromoly are both excellent metals from which studs can be made, and both are more than capable of handling the heat and pressure any off road vehicle throws at them.  Titanium IS stronger than 4130 Chromoly and has the same strength as 8740, it is harder than Chromoly, more resistant to heat and corrosion than Chromoly, and it is HALF THE WEIGHT of Chromoly.  Lastly, our Ti studs are LESS EXPENSIVE than Chromoly, and they come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY*!   If for any reason a stud fails during use, not installation, we will send an entire new stud kit.  No other parts nor any labor are included, and it can not be converted to a refund or discount of any kind.  Same warranty procedure mentioned above applies.

Feedback: Positive reviews and feedback are greatly appreciated.  We have changed the way we do business in response to customer concerns and receiving positive feedback / reviews when an order goes the way it is supposed to is a huge help.  Also, we will give you a discount on your next order if you take the 2-3 minutes required to leave us a good review!  But we want to know the good and the bad.  We just ask that if you have an issue with your order please contact us first.  If an order is sent incomplete or incorrect we correct it IMMEDIATELY.  Work with us and we will always work with you.
