Returns: Please check your order completely right when you receive it
and let us know immediately if there is an issue so we can resolve it
ASAP. Returns are intended to be for an item a buyer receives and decides
they do not want before using. Just as you cannot buy a shirt, take
the tags off, wear it, and then return it for a full refund, the same applies
to the parts we sell. Orders can be returned within the first 30
days as long as they arrive back to us brand new in the original packaging.
To receive a full refund every single part you receive, big and small, must be
returned. Parts that do not meet these requirements are not
refundable and the cost of any part not returned in the appropriate condition
cannot be refunded. If you install and use parts, then have an
issue, that is a warranty as opposed to a return. See warranty info
below.
***Warranty: All stud kits come with a lifetime replacement warranty against failure during use (NOT INSTALLATION). If a failure occurs we will send a new complete stud kit free of charge. No other parts or any labor are included, and warranty can not be converted to a refund or discount on any order. Studs must be returned to bpracingatv for inspection prior to new stud kit shipping out.
