This is a bolt on kit with no machining required.  Piston uses pump or race gas.  Everything is new in the original packaging.  the original manufacturer's warranty applies*. *We recommend that this be installed by a qualified mechanic with experience doing this type of work.  Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, improper break in, improper tuning, or misuse.  Piston comes with specific instructions for setting ring gap.  If you do not follow these your motor will fail.  For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in questions must first be sent to us for inspection.  We can not warranty anything based on phone calls or photos alone.
